Once you have formatted your songs to the number of lines and spacing you like if I were to for example do a worship night off campus from my church at another location with a different projector setup, by using templates, i could create a slide layout that looks good on those screens, and then click on that desired template setting and the entire song I am in will be changed to match that formatting. But here is where UTILIZING the templates is key. So I have a BLENDED worship template and MODERN worship template. In my church setting I have two unique styles of worship that are different. I would suggest you make a template (slide layout) for how you like your songs formatted and also your sermon notes. TEMPLATES is a great way to easily and quickly make changes.

However first I want to touch on one more trick for both songs and other items as well. There are other items and it’s these other items i want to cover in this section of our Master Class series.

Music only occupies half of the items in my playlists. In fact music is just a part of what I do on a given Sunday.

Your services at your church are composed of more that just music. Next up I want to give you some further tips for items besides song arrangements. We also have delved into importing, arranging, and formatting our music in such a way that we can easily make changes on the go. We have helped setup our Song Library, managed our Video/Image content by saving and backing up our data. So far we have covered a whole bunch of information.
